About Us

 

Solutions – In – Practice began in 2001 as a clinical practice providing Solution Focused Brief Therapy in the North Angus area, and has developed since into a learning and teaching resource directed and co-ordinated by Graham Buchanan and Steve Smith PhD.  Through their work at Robert Gordon University and the Playfield Institute, Graham and Steve came to recognise that there was a need for resources to support Solution Focused activity across the spectrum of practice in Scotland.

 

Since 2010 Steve and Graham have been working together to develop a Virtual Centre for Solution Focus practice, education and networking.  Since 2018 Solutions-In-Practice has expanded its portfolio, returning to clinical services in the North Angus area.  To see more of Graham and Steve’s backgrounds, click on the individual links below.
